We at TERI thank The Legacy Foundation Board for your generous support of our microgreens program. Through your grants, TERI was able to purchase and build two 24 x 60 foot greenhouses, then customize them for growing microgreens. With these new greenhouses, TERI’s microgreens program grew to support sales to 27 restaurants in San Diego County and recently started selling is bulk to a distributor in Orange County. Through these partnerships, microgreen sale continue to rise and provided $13,700 in monthly revenue before the COVID-19 Pandemic affected sales. Thank you again for your support. The expansion you funded has been instrumental in the successful growth of our microgreens program and the revenue we have received from it.
