The mission of Pro Kids | The First Tee of San Diego is to challenge underserved youth to excel in life by promoting character development, life skills, and values through education and the game of golf. We aim to be a leader in providing opportunity and hope to kids facing academic and social challenges through positive life-changing experiences on and off the course. Through a unique set of programs that combine sport, study, and service, we provide youth grades 2 – 12 with equitable access to opportunities that will set them on the path to success in adulthood, with support and scholarship service for program alumni. Year-round programming is available at little to no cost, with full fee waivers for low-income, active, and veteran military household youth.
Thanks from the Pro Kids organization for your generous donations for many, many years. We truly appreciate all that you and the amazing Legacy members do for the needy of San Diego each year. Thanks for your annual support of our programming. We are together making a difference in the underprivileged areas of our city–City Heights and Oceanside. We will continue to live up to our mission even in these difficult times. With support from The Legacy and other donors we will strive to make our programs better than ever.
